"Odor no mori" 

In March 2019, operations began in Komono Town, Mie Prefecture, with "Forest Adventure Yunoyama."

The adjacent forest, once a satoyama (managed forest), had been neglected, turning into a state threatened by fallen trees and natural disasters.
In the past, satoyama forests were vital sources of materials like timber for furniture and charcoal, but changes in the times led to their decline and eventual neglect.

To revive these devalued forests, the park was transformed into a "recreational forest that preserves nature," where people and forests connect, allowing visitors to learn through play and rediscover the value of the forest.
In July 2024, the facility was reopened as "Adventure Park Odoru no Mori."
The name "Odor" derives from the Latin word meaning "fragrance," reflecting the park's aim for visitors to experience the forest through all five senses.
